Admission Requirements

Perspective students must provide the following items prior to beginning the program:

• Pennsylvania State Criminal History report free of any felony convictions
• Finger-print based Federal Criminal History Report free of any felony convictions
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History clearances form (CT-113)
• American Heart Association CPR for Healthcare Providers (valid through end of externship)
• Record of required vaccinations
• Proof of personal medical health insurance coverage
• Highschool diploma or GED completion required
